Associate Ambassador
Job Description and Responsibilities (Sales/Marketing)
The Associate Ambassador is responsible for:
The Associate Ambassador is an entry level sales and marketing position which serves as the marketing arm of a respective Chiro One Wellness Centers location. It is a performance based position that requires the skill set of a sales person (time management, goal achievement, no call reluctance, etc.) and the heart of a servant (genuine concern for the wellbeing of others). The requirements of the job are the generation of a minimum 30 qualified prospective patients (Day 1’s) that enter a COWC to seek the possibility of chiropractic care.

The main areas of responsibility are:

To be responsible for your actions, integrity, character, and results.

To conduct yourself and your professional responsibilities in a manner that is representative of the ethics, character and integrity of the Chiro One organization.

To be forthright in communicating any challenges, concerns, or conflicts directly with the Regional Ambassador, respective Clinic Director and Director of Marketing.

To provide support in managing the development, implementation and execution of a marketing calendar in conjunction with the Marketing Department.
-
To work in conjunction with the respective Chiro One location’s staff that you are responsible for in managing the overall marketing objectives.

Minimum requirement from Ambassadors – 30 Day 1’s

To support the establishment of vital community contacts and developing business relationships to further the mission of Chiro One Wellness Centers which is:

To find businesses, sites and organization to host external marketing events which include but are not limited to:
-
To find, develop and train part-time support personnel to attend and execute Spinal Health Screenings and or workshops.

Chiropractic Assistant (CA) (Clinic Administration)
Job Description
The Chiropractic Assistant is responsible for:
The CA must keep the doctor and other staff members on task with vision, mission and goals; in addition to making sure all patients are keeping to the appointment schedule.
The Chiropractic Assistant reports to:

Director of Operations

Clinic Director
-
Resident Doctor
- Office Manager
The main areas of responsibility are:

Attend to all Director, Clinic Director, Resident Doctor and Office Manager needs

Make sure all paperwork is plentiful and up to date.

Complete the daily check-off list
-
Attend all Webinar trainings
-
Attend all scheduled trainings
-
Bring all required information to huddle
-
Follow all office protocols
-
Patient callback
-
Answer phones
-
Check messages
-
Maintain a pro-shop environment at all times
-
Implement all protocols and scripts.
-
Maintain a high morale and happy, helpful attitude.

Support and know the office goals
-
Attend to all patient needs
-
Greet and say goodbye to all patients

Track all patient care to ensure timeliness of patient services

Track all patient payments

Chiropractic Technician (CT)

The Chiropractic Technician is responsible for:

Perform BSE exams, NP examinations, and J-tech examinations

Prepare and complete all financial paperwork

Ensure that the office exam rooms are always within a pro-shop environment.
