Dr. Dean Burchenson
Dr. Dean Burchenson has come a long way to be able to live his “American Dream.” Born in Jamaica and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts he had yet to discover exactly what that was. He graduated from The University of Bridgeport, Connecticut and served our country for seven years in the U.S. Army. With a degree in Math and Science he returned to his roots in Springfield, MA to become a Math and Science Teacher in the public school system.
However, after two years of teaching he felt he had a different purpose in life. As a result he enrolled at Life University to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic-although he thought teaching was an honorable career, he had a “deep seeded desire to help people live a better life,” and chose chiropractic as his calling. Currently, Dr. Burchenson is keeping busy as the Clinic Director of Chiro One Wellness Centers of Olympia Fields and is finishing his M.S. in Sport Health Sciences from Life University. He is looking forward to building a practice that is based on serving his community to the fullest.
