• Wellness University: Bi-monthly we host seminars in our Wellness Centers on vital issues to keep you at the “head of the class” when it comes to your health. Topics range from vaccines to weight loss and include the latest research and treatment methods.

• Wellness workshops related to: Stress Management; Nutrition; ADHD/ADD; Scoliosis; Back Pack Safety; Injury prevention; Women’s Health; Fibromyalgia, Healthy, Happy, Drug Free Kids and much more.

• Spinal Health Screenings: To educate the community on health and wellness, we partner with local businesses and organizations to provide a value added service to their staff and customers free of charge.

• Health Fairs: Working with the Greater Chicago Wellness Alliance (GCWA) we join with fellow health professionals to provide Health Fairs for corporations, area schools, and local organizations.
