I was referred into this office by Lifetime Fitness. My reason for beginning chiropractic care is to improve my total wellness and to reach my full potential. For the past few years, I have experienced “everyday” back pain and what some would call “getting old”. At its worst, I had nagging lower back pain that would shoot down my legs, making it difficult to fall asleep at night. I was unfamiliar with the idea of chiropractic, but quickly grasped the concept. I feel that it makes perfect sense. In the past I have tried various massage therapies which would only provide temporary relief.

I had never been under chiropractic care before, but since beginning care with Chiro One, my “everyday” back pain is non-existent! I am able to get a better night sleep and I have a more positive attitude throughout the day. I see no reason why we can’t feel great all the time!
