My name is Jerry Grable. I was referred to Chiro One by Lifetime Fitness. The reason I began chiropractic care was because of my lower back pain. I could just tell there was something wrong. I have been experiencing these pains since the 1970’s and at its worst; it was interrupting my career, my social life, and work out. I even had to watch what positions and what exercises I was able to do.
Previously, I have had very good experiences with chiropractic care, which was why I was looking for the care closer to my home. The care I had received previously felt good after leaving the office, but the treatments were not taking the bad curvature I had out of my spine.

After starting care with Chiro One, I have lost weight and have more energy due to the proper alignment of my spine and atlas, which are now aligning properly back to their proper angles and curvatures. The staff here are fun to be with and very helpful. I am now able to maintain the performance and stamina needed for my everyday working. It has even improved my relationship with my wife.
